The hardest part of saying goodbye,
You’re really never gone.
Your body may be laid to rest
But your memory lives on.

You were living testimony
That love is true and steadfast.
You left a mark on many lives,
A mark that will always last.

Like a beacon in the dark,
your smile would light the way.
Through rough and rocky waters,
Your gave purpose to the day.
